Product Application - Immunofluorescence

Immunofluorescence is a widely used immunohistochemical technique that makes use of fluorophores to visualize the location of proteins within cells. Immunofluorescence can be used on tissue sections, cultured cell lines, or individual cells. This technique has proven to be a powerful tool for determining the cellular distribution of known antigens in frozen tissues. These antibodies are reported for use as primary detection antibodies for immunofluorescence. Our antibodies are highly pure and un-conjugated. For protocol information such as antibody concentration and fluorochrome conjugated secondary antibodies we have compiled an up-to-date list of references for each antibody. These can be found on the individual product pages.
