InVivoMAb anti-mouse/human T-bet
The 4B10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse and human T-bet also known as T-box transcription factor. T-bet is expressed by many hematopoietic cells including stem cells, NK cells, B lymphocytes, and T lymphocytes. Studies in T-bet deficient mice have revealed that T-bet is a Th1 cell-specific transcription factor that controls the expression of the hallmark Th1 cytokine, IFNγ. T-bet expression is optimally observed after IL-12 stimulation and can be suppressed by addition of the Th2 cytokine IL-4 or neutralization of IL-12.
