InVivoMAb anti-mouse CD6
The BX222 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD6, a 100 kDa transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the scavenger receptor cysteine-rich protein superfamily. In mice CD6 expression is restricted to thymocytes, T cells, and neurons. Upon binding its ligand CD166, CD6 is thought to play a role in T cell co-stimulation and thymocyte survival.
