InVivoMAb anti-mouse Reticular Fibroblasts and Reticular Fibres (ER-TR7)
The ER-TR7 monoclonal antibody reacts with the mouse ER-TR7 antigen. Although the protein recognized by ER-TR7 has not been identified, it is thought to be an integral building block of the lymph node stromal fiber network. ER-TR7 is produced by reticular fibroblasts and intertwined with the reticular network, particularly in the cortical ridge, a platform on which T cells, B cells, and DCs interact to control the immune response. The ER-TR7 antibody is useful for identifying reticular fibroblasts in mouse tissue samples.
